Beans and Mushroom Stir-fry Recipe


1 tablespoon olive oil
100 grams sliced Baguio beans
100 grams sliced in 1 inch lengths young corn
100 grams separated broccoli florets
1/4 cup chopped onion leeks
100 grams quartered button mushrooms
1/2 teaspoon soy sauce
1/2 pack 7 grams AJINOMOTO GINISA All Purpose Seasoning Mix
1/8 teaspoon AJI-NO-MOTO® Umami Seasoning
1 1/2 teaspoons sesame seeds
1 teaspoon sesame oil
1 teaspoon cornstarch dissolved in 1/4 cup water
Cooking Procedure:

1. Heat olive oil in pan, add Baguio beans, young corn, broccoli, onion leeks, button mushrooms and soy sauce. Stir-fry for 1 minute. Sprinkle AJINOMOTO GINISA All Purpose Seasoning Mix and AJI-NO-MOTO® Umami Seasoning.
2. Add sesame seeds, sesame oil and cornstarch mixture. Cook until sauce thickens.
3. Serve hot.

Makes 4 servings.
