150 grams broccoli florets
150 grams thickly sliced shitake mushroom caps
100 grams thinly sliced carrots
2 cups water
2 tablespoon soy sauce
1 teaspoon sesame oil
1/2 teaspoon freshly grated ginger
1/8 teaspoon red pepper flakes
1 pack 7 grams AJINOMOTO GINISA All Purpose Seasoning Mix (Shrimp Flavor)
1. Blanch all broccoli and carrots. Set aside.
2. In a large saucepan, combine everything except tofu. Cover and bring to a boil over high heat.
3. Add tofu and cook further for 2 minutes. Add AJI-NO-MOTO GINISA All Purpose Seasoning Mix (Shrimp Flavor), stir and remove from heat

Buy mushrooms before they “open”. When stems and caps are attached snugly, mushrooms are truly fresh
