Ingredients:
1/2 kilo labahita fillet, sliced into chunks
Marinade:
1/4 cup tomato sauce
1/3 teaspoon iodized salt
1/4 teaspoon pepper
1 tablespoon grated ginger
2 tablespoon soy sauce
1 tablespoon calamansi juice
1/2 cup water
1/2 cup carrot strips
1/2 cup green bell pepper strips
1/2 cup chitsaro
1 sachet PAL SWEET™ Calorie Free Sweetener
Cooking Procedure
- Combine tomato sauce, iodized salt, pepper, ginger, soy sauce and calamansi juice. Mix well.
- Add fish and marinate for 1 hour.
- Broil bake fish for 10 minutes in a preheated oven. Set aside.
- Add drippings, water to the remaining marinade and cook for 10 minutes.
- Add vegetables and simmer for another 5 minutes. Remove from fire, add PAL SWEET™ Calorie Free Sweetener and mix well. Pour over fish.
Makes 6 servings.
